Easy Mode
It has come to our attention that some GMs had trouble with the Mini-Dungeon Tome I for Pathfinder 2nd edition, mainly in scaling some encounters for more beginner players or those who object to potential character death scenarios.
Never one to take such things lightly, our resident Mini-Dungeon crunch-master Thilo Graf AKA Endzeitgeist took it upon himself to create a detailed guide on how to deal with such instances on a case-by-case basis.
The resulting efforts produced a PDF which I've attached to this update for any backers of the project who would like to utilize it. Again, this is by no means a requirement or even errata, but rather a way to scale down encounters that some GMs and players may deem too difficult in their current state. We understand, brutally difficult adventures are not everyone's cup of tea.
Please download the following PDF and let us know what you think in the comments below.

Mini-Dungeon Tome II for Pathfinder 2
If you have yet to back the Mini-Dungeon Tome II for Pathfinder 2e Kickstarter we'd love to have your support on this project as well. The adventures contained within were created more recently and thus have a more discerning eye on them especially given the recent changes to Pathfinder 2nd edition.
Thank you for reading and I hope to see you in the comments on the new Kickstarter!
Sincerely,
Jonathan G. Nelson

Hello, my friends!
While this web-based tool was originally developed for 5e and PF1, it will help you easily locate all the maps associated with Mini-Dungeons so you don't have to dig through your image folder. Plus, you can sort by terrain and other options.

Message from a Feverish Endzeitgeist about (mostly International) Shipping

Dear backers,
This is Thilo Graf AKA Endzeitgeist speaking.
I'm in charge of setting up the shipping options and as a German & roleplaying book collector, I feel the pain, particularly that of the international backers.
Of course, I also feel the pain of my friends in the US, but compared to my local shipping prices, the US is still pretty inexpensive, so consider me to be a bit envious of all you folx in the fabulous Land of the Free! ;) (I know that doesn't help, but it's something, at least?)
Shipping costs have skyrocketed over the last couple of years. Some regions are more affected than others; Brexit, for example, has made shipping to the UK significantly more expensive.
That being said:
The shipping billed does not just cover shipping, though:
The price consists of the base shipping cost, plus handling & assembling the respective order (somebody has to assemble all those packages, make sure all desired books are there, etc.), plus packaging materials (because we want your books to arrive safe and sound!).
There is also big deal for folx like ole' me that live in different countries:
The cost also includes VAT. This means you won't have to trudge to the customs office or post office to get your package, and considering that many countries have a base fee if you need to get ANY package with any amount of VAT, so that's a plus.
In Germany, the post office asks for an additional €6.00 (!!) if still you have to pay customs, regardless of how much VAT you need to pay.
Finally, we are eating some of the cost for international shipping.
Yes, you read that right.
International shipping is actually MORE EXPENSIVE than what you get to see.
I wish I was kidding.
In short: We at AAW Games tried very hard to lower the costs of shipping. I hope this current solution works out for most of you.
I also would like to apologize to the smoke test backers for any inconvenience I might have caused, and thank you fine folx in particular for your patience.
Also, please accept my apologies for taking more than a day to fix this; I've been in bed with a 40°C/104°F fever for the last couple of days, and barely managed to stumble 3m/10 ft. before needing a rest.
Future projects will have softcover options (when feasible) which will lower weights and thereby decrease shipping costs for everyone.
With that said, I'll now go back home and sleep.
I'd like to wish you all a fine remaider of your week, health & happiness, serenity & serendipity.
Thilo
